Banks

We act for a number of international banks in France advising them on all areas of their activities.

We act as Mediator for one international bank in France (an official position required by the Bank of France for all banks operating in France ); we advice banks on their regulatory requirements and on their employment issues.

We advice banks on letter of credit and guarantee problems, on problems arising out of legal proceedings against them or against their clients, including matters of arrest of bank accounts, loans against real property and other assets, recovery of debts from clients, money laundering regulations and reporting, banking commission and other regulatory matters. We advise on employment issues and employment disputes.

We also advise on participation agreements between banks and generally on banking related documentation and transactions.

Some of the banks we act for are branches of foreign banks which require detailed advice on all areas of their activity and relations with the regulatory authorities .
