Tax: in addition to advising on tax matters generally in order to avoid problems, we advice clients when they are faced with tax assessments which they wish to contest . We are well experienced in the different legal procedures and negotiations to resolve these disputes.

Criminal: we advise and represent clients in white collar criminal proceedings including before Examining Magistrates and generally, together with specialised counsel where appropriate.

Personal Injury: we regularly act in France in actions arising out of personal injury both in negotiations with insurance companies and actions before the Court.  

Inheritance and Tax Driven Structures : we advise private clients on inheritance matters, tax issues and the most appropriate structure for non-French individuals to hold real property

Intellectual Property: we advise clients on contractual and other aspects of intellectual property under French law and conduct litigation in disputes relating to patent law and seizure of imitation goods.  This includes disputes arising within the fashion industry, jewellry design, photographs and intellectual property rights generally.
