The refusal of a bank to pay against document is a matter of utmost gravity and importance to a client. We assist in drafting and interpreting guarantees and letters of credit, and if a dispute has arisen, in obtaining payment from a recalcitrant bank, or in resisting a payment demand where there is non-conformity.
